The Allianz Retire+ Retirement & Ageing Advisory Panel assembles some of Australia’s most respected experts in the super, aged care and retirement industries to explore the latest retirement trends and developments, and promote collaborative dialogue to drive innovation within the retirement sector.
The Panel also focuses on policy reforms and advancing retirement strategy to meet the needs of Australians in retirement and member retention.

Adrian Stewart
Adrian has over 28 years of executive experience in financial services particularly across investment management, product development and distribution.
Having founded Allianz Retire+, he has served as a Board Member since 2018. Prior roles include Head of Client Management, Asia Pacific ex-Japan and Head of Australia and New Zealand at PIMCO.

Sally Evans
Sally is an experienced executive and company director, with expertise in health, aged care and financial services.
She currently serves on the Boards of Healius Limited, Oceania Healthcare, Ingenia Communities, Allianz Retire+ and Rest, is a member of the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission Advisory Committee and was a member of the Australian Government’s Aged Care Financing Authority from 2012 to 2015.

Geoff is an experienced leader in the Financial services industry. With over 30 years working across the industry, Geoff has a proven track record in transforming and sustainably growing businesses.
Geoff is the former CEO of Perpetual and MLC.

Kevin O’Sullivan
With over 40 years’ experience in the superannuation and actuarial sectors, Kevin is highly regarded throughout the Australian financial services industry as an expert in superannuation fund design and management.
Kevin was responsible for developing, leading and implementing UniSuper’s corporate strategy and culture and was accountable for the overall services and operational management of UniSuper.

David Coogan
David has over 30 years’ experience in the superannuation and funds management industries providing assurance, strategic planning and other advisory services to superannuation funds and fund managers.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Non-Executive Director on AvSuper Pty Ltd, Equity Trustees Superannuation Limited, Duxton Vineyards and an Independent Advisor to the Audit and Risk Committees of Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation and St Vincents Hospital Australia. He is also Chair of OzFish Unlimited and the Funds in Court Compliance Committee.

Joanna Davison
Joanna is an investment professional who has worked in the investment and superannuation industry for over 30 years.
With experience initially managing assets in London and then Sydney, her career has progressed to senior leadership roles providing strategic input to the development of a business. Joanna was CEO of FEAL from late 2013 until late 2022. In this role, she was instrumental in growing FEAL’s role of supporting the professional development of superannuation fund executives. Joanna is also Chair of The Aminata Maternal Foundation and a member of the Investment Committee for the CJQ Family Office.

Fintan Thornton
Fintan is the Chief Member Solutions Officer for CBHS Health Fund. In this role, Fintan is responsible for leading the Product, Sales & Partnerships and Marketing teams. Before joining CBHS Health Fund in 2023, Fintan led the Allianz Retire+ institutional business.
Prior roles include Head of Superannuation at Colonial First State, and Head of Strategy & Implementation and Head of Employee Superannuation at the Commonwealth Bank.
