Matthew Rady

CEO, Allianz Retire+

Matt leads Allianz Retire+, he’s here to make sure that we grow a sustainable business that always puts our customers firmly at the centre, and is supported by a talented, diverse and inspiring team of professionals who are committed to helping Australians retire with confidence. Matt’s an avid cyclist, sometime skier and father of twin boys.
Caitriona Wortley

Head of Distribution

Caitriona and her team are responsible for growing Allianz Retire+ and supporting our financial advisers, so they have the information they need to give their clients the best advice. Caitriona, originally from Ireland, relocated to Australia in 2010. She enjoys keeping fit, the occasional round of golf and spending time at the beach with her two young boys.
Santiago Nolan

Head of Life Insurance

Sant is the Head of Life Insurance for Allianz Australia and is responsible for managing our customers throughout their life insurance journey with us. Sant is a mountain biking enthusiast, but has been happy to keep his bike in the garage for the past few months since the birth of his daughter.

Paul Harris

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO Paul is responsible for the financial management of Allianz Retire+, including ensuring the strength of our capital position. He also oversees the investment, legal and compliance functions of the business. Paul is a Chartered Accountant, was formerly a Partner at EY, and is the proud father
of 3 daughters.
Melissa Corr

Head of Human Resources

Melissa is responsible for people and culture at Allianz Retire+. She ensures we recruit and retain the very best people to deliver market leading solutions for our customers and advisers. Melissa spends most weekends outside of Sydney, and is currently ticking off national park walks and trails across the State.
David Kane

Chief Operating Officer

David is responsible for the Technology and Operations at Allianz Retire+. His passion is the harnessing of innovative technology as a pivotal tool in delivering a great adviser and customer experience. Originally from Dublin, David has been in Sydney for over 20 years and enjoys running and spending time with his wife and 3 children.

Richard Rasker

Head of Strategy and Implementation

Richard oversees development of the Allianz Retire+ Corporate Strategy and has oversight over execution of the strategy. Key aspects of Richard's role include leading the annual strategy planning process and managing the implementation of specific business improvement / growth initiatives across the business. Richard is the father of two girls and is the passionate coach of his youngest daughter's soccer team.
Fiona Lake

Head of Marketing
and PR

Fiona is responsible for building the Allianz Retire+ Brand and creating a distinctive market presence. Her focus is on developing marketing strategies that will not only deliver on the brand promise but create a range of marketing programs that assist advisers in providing better retirement solutions to their customers. Fiona and her husband spend most weekends on their boat with their 2 very spoilt dogs.
