FAQ for Future Safe on HUB24
Here frequently asked question regarding Future Safe product, applications, support processes and HUB24 reporting.

Future Safe policies are issued by Allianz Retire+. In order to view your Future Safe policies on HUB24, you must first register with Allianz Retire+. This can be done by either contacting Allianz Retire+ on 1300 421 060 or emailing your request to administration@allianzretireplus.com.au.

Once registered, you can create a new application for Future Safe with ‘eApp New Application’ or resume a partially complete application with ‘eApp Retrieve’. Both eApps can be found on the  “Allianz Retire+ Tools and Resources” page, located in the “SupportHUB” section of HUB24.

Allianz Retire+ Future Safe can be located under the Non Custody section of HUB24.

The Non-Custody business is limited to Reporting services only for holdings that are not held on the Platform.

To search for your Allianz Retire+ Future Safe client policies going to the Accounts tab, select ‘Account Search’, then change the Product Type filter to ‘Non-Custody’ and click Search.

It’s important to note that Non-Custody products generally have restricted functionality and are limited to reporting, based on data feeds.

Once you have registered for the Future Safe data feed all new policies associated to your account will display automatically on HUB24.

To search for your Allianz Retire+ Future Safe client policies going to the Accounts tab, select ‘Account Search’, then change the Product Type filter to ‘Non-Custody’ and click Search.

Your Future Safe policy details will be populated under the following screens and reports:

1.      Portfolio Dashboard

2.      Reports

  • Asset Allocation report
  • Investment Transaction Report
  • Valuation Report

Please contact HUB24 support on 1300 854 994. HUB24 will endeavour to answer your question or resolve the issue. If the issue relates to specific client data or Future Safe policy settings your call will be referred to Allianz Retire+.

The Daily Value Adjustment applies a pro-rata Cap based on the proportion of the year, measured in days, that has passed since the commencement date or your last anniversary date (whichever is later). If the relevant index has fallen, the full Floor still applies, irrespective of the proportion of the year that has passed. (Please note that this is not the policy withdrawal value.)

Because Future Safe is a non-unitised product, the number of units will equal the dollar amount and the unit price will always default to $1.00.

 

Once registered on AdviserHub, you can give your client access to view their Future Safe policy via InvestorHub using the following Non custody quick reference guide process. Note - You will need an AdviserHUB login to access this guide.

Once you’ve registered, your account needs to be verified. It can take up to 48 hours for data to synchronise the first time. Please log in at a later time to access your clients' policies & applications.

Once you’ve registered with Allianz Retire+, your account needs to be verified by the HUB24 Operations team for security purposes. It can take up to 48 hours for data to synchronise the first time. Please log in at a later time to access your clients' policies.

If the data is still not showing, please call HUB24 Platform support team enquiries, on 1300 854 994,  to see if the registration details have been synchronised correctly. This applies to Adviser and Investor instances.

 

You can register for the Allianz Retire+ Adviser Portal by visiting the “Allianz Retire+ Tools and Resources” page, located in the “SupportHUB” section of HUB24 or contact Allianz Retire+ on 1300 421 060.

The Allianz Retire+ Future Safe PDS is available on the “Allianz Retire+ Tools and Resources” page, located in  the “SupportHUB” section of HUB24. Additional Future Safe, educational resources can also be found here, including articles, tools, videos and training.

Future Safe is a non-custodial product on HUB24. Adjustments or changes to Future Safe policies must be made directly with Allianz Retire+.

These adjustments may include:

·        income withdrawal options

·        floor and investment option elections on anniversary

·        beneficiary nominations

·        adviser service fees

·        withdrawals greater than the Free Withdrawal Amount.
